Belom ammunition is manufactured in the nation of Serbia. If you are like us, you wondered if Serbian ammunition shares Russia’s steel components. But Serbia is actually 2,000 miles away from Moscow. They do their own thing there, which means this 7.62×39 ammunition is 100 percent steel-free and nonmagnetic. Perfect if you want to take your AK-47 to any range you please!
This round’s FMJ bullet features a solid lead-antimony alloy core and copper-zinc alloy jacket. It’s a target shooter’s bullet, perfect for riddling paper, but no varmints or home intruders are going to walk it off after 123 grains of solid metal hits them at supersonic velocity.
Belom’s ammunition is designed for the battlefield, so it’s extremely rugged stuff. This 7.62×39 ammo will function correctly under temperatures ranging from -65 to 125.6 °F (two temperatures you probably want nothing to do with). Belom’s brass-cased and non-corrosive Boxer-primed ammo can submerge in water without producing bubbles. It’s both reloadable and safe to store for a very long time, especially thanks to its plastic packaging.

I ran a side-by-side accuracy test using a magnified optic on my rifle. Belom completely crushed it, printing tighter groups than even Norma Tactical. My best 3-shot cluster at 100 yards measured an incredible 0.50 inches. It is remarkably consistent for factory 7.62x39mm and easily shoots tight cloverleafs if your barrel is up to it
